Refund policy

Due to automated warehouse fulfillment, orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted to processing (typically within 15 minutes).

For returns within 14 day return window, please send a photo of the item to ensure all packaging is present, and item has not been damaged -- we will issue RMA. The 25% re-stocking fee partially covers our expenses ($15 average). Customer covers shipping.

Note we have processed many returns, most were due to people not checking if their vent registers are magnet-compatible (steel). Please check so before ordering magnetic ventners. We have never seen a broken ventner. We inspect finished goods before receiving from factory.
